RETURN POLICY
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European legislation, you have a legal right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products you ordered. You must return the products as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw. You may inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent by email to contact@lnvscommunity.com or by post. It is sufficient that you send this notice before the withdrawal period expires.
RETURNED PRODUCT CONDITIONS
To be accepted, returned products must strictly meet the following conditions:
• Be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• The original tag must still be attached to the product
• Be returned in their original packaging or equivalent packaging
• Be accompanied by the order number
Please ensure that returned products are complete and have not been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to decide whether you wish to keep them. For example, you may try on clothing, but you may not wear or wash it. If products are used beyond what is reasonably necessary, you may be held liable for any reduction in value.
Please note: any product returned without its original tag will be automatically rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense. In such cases, no refund, store credit, or exchange will be granted.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, in which case LNVS Community will cover the return costs.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@lnvscommunity.com, attaching 3 to 4 photos of the product from different angles along with your order number. Photos must be taken in normal lighting conditions and clearly show the defects. Incomplete requests or those not meeting these conditions cannot be processed. We will cover the return costs and offer a full refund.
SOLUTIONS FOR APPROVED RETURNS
In the case of an approved return, and only if the original tag is still attached to the product, we offer the following options in order of priority:
• Priority: exchange for another product or available size in stock
• If an exchange is not possible: a store credit valid for 12 months on the LNVS Community store
• If neither exchange nor store credit is suitable: a full refund of the order amount
NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
You do not have a right of withdrawal for the following products:
• Products without their original tag
• Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Products returned after the deadline
• Products sold exclusively as part of physical events (for example, t-shirts or accessories included in the entry fee of an event or distributed on-site)
REFUND INFORMATION
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or sufficient proof of return has been provided. If you paid by bank transfer, you must provide your details to contact@lnvscommunity.com so we can process the refund directly to your account. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
EXCHANGE POLICY
An exchange is only possible if the original tag is still attached to the returned product and all return conditions are met. If you request an exchange without the tag, your request will be automatically rejected.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE EUROPE)
For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted under the same conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. LNVS Community is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to returned goods.
