Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 24 business hours following payment confirmation, subject to product availability. In the event of partial or full stock shortages, processing times may be extended to 2–3 business days. You will be notified by email in case of any additional delay. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

SHIPPING ZONES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates from the shipping date and may vary depending on carriers and local conditions:
• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

For deliveries within Belgium and the European Union, shipping costs are borne by the customer and calculated based on the total weight of the order. They are clearly displayed before order confirmation and payment.

For deliveries outside the European Union (United States, Canada, and other international destinations), shipping is offered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are included in the total price paid at checkout. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your parcel in real time using the provided tracking link. LNVS Community cannot be held responsible for delays in tracking updates provided by the carrier.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived within the indicated timeframe, please contact us at contact@lnvscommunity.com with your order number and tracking number. We will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible. In the event of confirmed loss, we will offer either a reshipment or a full refund.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided at checkout. In the event of an incorrect address resulting in a return or loss of the parcel, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. LNVS Community cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

DELIVERY DELAYS

LNVS Community cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs services, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier.
