ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

Photos and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Slight color variations may occur between the screen display and the received product.

2.3. Stock availability
Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed by email and may choose between an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS
3.1. Placing an order
The customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and completes payment through the secure checkout process. The order is considered final once payment is completed.

3.2. Order confirmation
The customer receives a confirmation email with the order summary, total amount, shipping costs, and delivery address.

3.3. Right to refuse
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of abnormal use, suspected fraud, or abuse of the store.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
4.1. Pricing and taxes
Prices are displayed in the selected currency. No VAT is applied in accordance with Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order. Promotions may be modified without prior notice.

4.2. Additional costs and export
Prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated. For deliveries outside the EU (USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland, etc.), customs duties and import taxes may apply. Depending on the delivery method (DDP or DAP), these costs may be included or charged by local authorities.

4.3. Accuracy of information
The customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information for order processing.

4.4. Payment
The customer guarantees they are authorized to use the selected payment method and agrees to pay the full order amount.

4.5. Currency and conversion
If payment is made in a different currency, bank fees or conversion fees may apply outside our control.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery zones
Belgium, European Union, United States, Canada, and other countries upon request.

5.2. Shipping costs – Europe
Within Belgium and the EU, shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and shown before checkout.

5.3. Shipping costs – outside Europe (DDP)
For international deliveries outside the EU, shipping is provided under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with all customs duties and taxes included.

5.4. Estimated delivery times
• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

5.5. Liability for delays
LNVS Community is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the store (logos, designs, photos, texts, etc.) is the exclusive property of LNVS Community and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

ARTICLE 7 – PROHIBITED USES
It is prohibited to use the store for illegal purposes, fraud, hacking, spam, abuse, or unauthorized automation.

ARTICLE 8 – THIRD PARTIES
We use third-party services such as Shopify and logistics partners. We are not responsible for their performance or service interruptions.

ARTICLE 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
LNVS Community operates on Shopify, but all transactions are made directly with LNVS Community. Shopify is not responsible for sales or disputes.

ARTICLE 10 – CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Customers may post reviews provided they are truthful and lawful. LNVS Community reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not responsible for external factors such as shipping, customs, or force majeure.

ARTICLE 12 – INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees to indemnify LNVS Community and its partners against any claims arising from misuse of the services or breach of these terms.

ARTICLE 13 – PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
Personal data is used for order processing, communication, and legal obligations. Customers may exercise their rights of access, correction, and deletion at contact@lnvscommunity.com.

ARTICLE 14 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Belgian law applies. Belgian courts have jurisdiction. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

ARTICLE 15 – FINAL PROVISIONS
LNVS Community may modify these terms at any time. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
